Commercial electrical maintenance
A Planned Preventative Maintenance programme is essential to achieve a reliable, safe electrical installation. The Electricity at Work Regulations state that installations must be maintained to ensure safety.
Maintenance including periodic condition reporting can assist clients in giving clients confidence that their installation is functioning correctly and that equipment has been maintained with defects rectified. This reduces costly breakdowns and possible losses to the business.
Minor electrical works

Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
All electrical installations deteriorate over time; common causes include damage, wear and tear, corrosion, high loading, age and environmental influences. As companies have a responsibility to ensure that all electrical wiring in their buildings complies with current regulations, it’s widely recommended that an electrical installation condition report (EICR) is carried out every three to five years.
We make light work of what might otherwise be a major undertaking, and offer a planned, flexible solution to inspection testing. If required, we perform the appropriate tests during shut-down periods or out of hours. This minimises the disruption caused by having to isolate parts of your installation at different stages during the testing.
